Height-Adjustable Leg Rest with Memory Foam for Circulation & Posture Support The Ergonomic Leg Rest is a premium height-adjustable footrest with memory foam cushioning—designed to improve circulation, reduce leg fatigue, and promote proper sitting posture by elevating legs to optimal ergonomic position during extended desk work. Why Ergonomic Leg Rest Improves Sitting Comfort Height-Adjustable Design: Pneumatic adjustment from 3.5-5 inches accommodates different leg lengths and desk heights for optimal ergonomic positioning Memory Foam Cushion: Premium memory foam conforms to leg contours, providing pressure-free support that improves circulation and reduces leg fatigue 360° Swivel Base: Rotates freely to accommodate natural leg movement and position changes throughout the day Improves Circulation: Elevating legs reduces pressure on thighs and promotes healthy blood flow, preventing the numbness and swelling from prolonged sitting Promotes Proper Posture: Leg elevation encourages proper pelvic tilt and lumbar curve, reducing lower back strain during extended sitting Clinical Benefits for Office Workers Prolonged sitting with feet flat on the floor (or worse, dangling) creates pressure on the underside of thighs that restricts circulation, leading to leg fatigue, swelling, numbness, and increased risk of deep vein thrombosis. Elevating legs with a footrest reduces this pressure by 40%, improves circulation, and promotes proper pelvic alignment that reduces lower back strain. The memory foam cushioning eliminates pressure points while the 360° swivel accommodates natural movement. Trusted by Ergonomic Professionals Recommended by certified ergonomists and occupational health specialists for improving sitting posture, reducing leg fatigue, and preventing circulation issues from prolonged desk work. Particularly effective for shorter individuals whose feet don't reach the floor comfortably, or anyone experiencing leg swelling, numbness, or lower back pain from extended sitting. Who It's Built For Essential for office professionals, remote workers, and anyone spending 4+ hours daily sitting at a desk. Knees should be at 90° angles or slightly open (95-100°). This position promotes proper pelvic alignment and reduces pressure on thighs. The pneumatic adjustment allows easy height changes without tools—simply press the adjustment lever while applying or releasing pressure. Memory Foam Cushion Benefits Premium memory foam conforms to your leg contours, distributing pressure evenly across the footrest surface. Unlike hard plastic footrests that create pressure points, the memory foam cushion eliminates discomfort during extended use. The cushion maintains its supportive properties through years of daily use without compression or sagging. 360° Swivel for Natural Movement The freely rotating base accommodates natural leg movement and position changes throughout the day. Shift your feet, adjust angles, or rotate position without the footrest binding or restricting movement. This freedom of movement promotes circulation and prevents the static positioning that causes discomfort. Perfect for Shorter Individuals If your feet don't reach the floor when seated at proper desk height (elbows at 90° angles), a footrest is essential for ergonomic sitting. Dangling feet creates pressure on thighs, restricts circulation, and forces poor posture. The adjustable leg rest provides stable foot support at optimal height, allowing proper sitting posture regardless of your height or desk configuration. Reduces Lower Back Pain Proper leg elevation encourages pelvic tilt that maintains natural lumbar curve—the key to preventing lower back pain during extended sitting. When feet dangle or legs are positioned incorrectly, the pelvis tilts backward (posterior tilt), flattening the lumbar curve and creating lower back strain. The leg rest promotes proper pelvic alignment that reduces this strain. Positioning Guide for Optimal Results Position footrest directly under desk, centered with your chair. Adjust height so thighs are parallel to floor when feet rest on cushion. Knees should be at 90-100° angles. Your lower back should maintain natural curve (not flattened). If you experience lower back discomfort, try raising footrest slightly to open hip angle. The 360° swivel allows natural foot positioning—don't force feet into rigid position. Maintenance & Care Remove cover and machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Wipe memory foam cushion with damp cloth if needed (do not submerge foam). The durable cover maintains appearance through hundreds of wash cycles. Memory foam maintains supportive properties through years of daily use. Periodically check pneumatic adjustment mechanism and clean if needed.
