DO NOT submerge your board in water, it will warp! Wash your boards on both sides with soapy water. Washing only one side can warp your board. Dry with a clean hand towel and air dry on its edge. DO NOT lay flat to dry. Keep away from sunlight and direct heating/cooling when air drying. Treat your clean, dry board with food grade mineral oil or wood cutting board conditioner frequently. DO NOT use cooking oils to condition your board!
