Eric Texier Adèle Vin de France, Northern Rhône, France, is a dry White still wine crafted from Clairette and Marsanne grapes. The grapes are whole bunch pressed and undergo sponta neous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, ageing on lees for 6-8 months without sulphur before bottling. No oak ageing is used. It presents a beautiful, multi-layered profile with notes of ripe stone fruit, delicate florals, and a refreshing minerality, reflecting its warm granite soils.
