This wine has intense and mineral (hydrocarbons) aromas with notes of spicy (star anise and liquorice) with final hints of ripe fruit. The palate is complex and mineral with hints of yellow fruit and liquorice. This wine is fresh, delicate and aromatic.Ageing/Vinification: The selected bunches, not destemmed, are pressed by hand and left to macerate for 48 hours in the cold (5° degrees) and then undergo a soft pressing. The fermentation is done in steel with frequent batonnage. After 1 year the wine obtained is bottled.Vineyard: The vineyard is located 900/1200 meters above sea level.
