Our Ernesto coffee is a strong blend from South America, and we've added some powerful Ethiopian beans to make a perfect espresso combination. This blend takes its name from the re nowned Italian coffee merchant, Ernesto Illy, whose passion for the finest espresso led to some of the greatest innovations in history of the industry. Under Illy's guidance extensive research was carried out into finding the perfect espresso, factoring in such minute measurements as the fineness of the grind and water temperature.
