Escuminac is a high-end, certified organic, and carbon-neutral Canadian maple syrup producer located in Quebec, Canada, run by third-generation sugarmaker Martin Malenfant. Single-Origin: Unlike mass-market brands that blend syrup from multiple farms, Escuminac syrup is unblended and harvested exclusively from a single family-owned forest. Certifications: Certified organic (Ecocert/USDA/Canada Organic) and certified carbon-neutral. Dietary Attributes: 100% pure, gluten-free, vegan, and free of additives, preservatives, or artificial flavors Canada Grade A Pure Organic Maple Syrup - extra fine and richly flavored Rare Harvest Great Harvest Late Harvest Even though the process to acquire the syrup is the same, not all maple syrup is organic! To be certified organic, every maple syrup producer must follow sustainable practices, from how the trees are tapped and sap collected to how the syrup is stored and even how the trees and the land around are taken care of.
