The fish no longer has proper control of its nerves and muscles; Protozoan parasites: a wide range of illnesses often caused by any number of microscopic external protozoan parasites; Fungus: most likely to be fungal species such as Saprolegnia and Achlya; Ulcers or wounds: sustained from vigorous feeding / breeding.
