These Kawasaki ATVs were very much in need of an increase in alternator output. So our engineers improved on the stock stator by changing the winding configuration, picking much better materials for winding, stator core and lead wires, and the resulting product is our ESG716 stator which offers superior performance. ESG716 offers about 20% more output than the OEM stator which can easily be handled by the stock regulator/rectifier. ESG716 is supplied as a drop in replacement which means that connectors and wiring length are identical to the OEM unit making for a very easy to install part.
