The pickups in this bad boy have been swapped out for a set of Seymour Duncan humbuckers, rated at 7.20k in the neck and 16.58k in the bridge. The stock EMGs in these EC1000's were cool and tight for what they do, but these humbuckers absolutely RIP. Not to mention they really contribute to the frostbitten aesthetic. In addition to the pickup swap, this guitar has also recently received a new bone nut.
