As part of the new '87 Series of guitars which throws back ESP's history to its early days as a small repair shop in Tokyo - this is the Eclipse '87 NT. The NT stands for Neck-Thru, built with a mahogany body, 24.75" scale length, Seymour Duncan humbuckers and locking hardware. Unlike the current single-cutaway Eclipse shape, the original ESP Eclipse was based on the TE archtop shape, which is the basis of the LTD Eclipse ’87. This guitar is a tough playing Rock machine, ready for the stage or studio!
