ESP Original Eclipse Custom Andromeda II DESCRIPTION All ESP Original Series instruments are hand-crafted by the world-renowned expert luthiers at the ESP Custom Shop in Japan. The Eclipse is one of the world’s most beloved guitars. It takes the traditional single-cutaway body shape and reimagines it for contemporary music performance styles. Built to the highest degree of detail, every millimeter of the ESP Eclipse Custom is designed to exceed the expectations of the world’s most discerning guitar players and musical instrument collectors. It offers set-neck construction with a mahogany body and maple cap, adjoined to a Honduran mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard with ESP flag inlays. Carefully-selected components on the ESP Eclipse Custom include a graphite nut, ESP strap locks, Gotoh locking tuners, a TonePros locking TOM bridge, and Gotoh tailpiece. Its sound is powered by a pair of EMG JH “Het Set” active pickups that offer the clarity and punch of a passive pickup along with tight attack and clean low end. Available in Andromeda II, Blue Liquid Metal, Purple Peel, and Silver Liquid Metal finishes. Includes high-quality hardshell ESP case. SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup tailored to your individual tuning and string gauge preferences, if available. Our setups always include action, intonation, trem angle, and truss rod adjustments. If needed, we smooth out fret edges, address any nut or bridge shim issues, polish the frets, and condition the fingerboard. All work is completed by our experienced tech team who understand what today's players want from their instruments. If not otherwise requested our techs will setup each instrument to a comfortable medium/low action with minimal truss rod relief dependent on the instrument style.
