Piparras (Guindillas) are Spain’s beloved pickled green chillies. Prized for their gentle heat, delicate sweetness, and signature tender crunch, these iconic Spanish peppers are famously addictive and a staple of authentic tapas culture. Grown in the fertile regions of the Basque Country and Navarra, in northern Spain; an area renowned for producing some of the country’s finest vegetables; these Piparras peppers are harvested by hand at the precise moment of peak maturity. Each pepper is carefully selected to ensure a uniform green-yellow colour, elegant elongated shape, and an ideal length of around 8 cm, while any damaged or imperfect chillies are removed to guarantee exceptional quality.
