Espoma Organic Greensand is mined from natural deposits of glauconite. Greensand provides iron which is an important plant nutrient. Other valuable properties of Greensand are it's ability to loosen clay soils, bind sandy soils, and increase the water holding capacity of all soils. It is an exceptional soil conditioner for flower beds, gardens and lawns. Promotes Plant Vigor and Conditions the Soil A mined mineral, rich in the soil conditioning element Glauconite. Provides natural iron – an important plant nutrient. For use on: Flower beds, gardens and lawns Use Greensand at time of planting or around established plants to add iron.
