Our year-round crowd pleaser, this is what we roast most because it works. This blend brings together three exceptional origins: a pulped natural Brazil from Cerrado, Minas Gerais and Chapada, Bahia; a washed Colombian from Cauca and a washed Sumatran from Mutu Batak. Each origin adds its own magic, the Brazil provides a rich, chocolatey base, the Colombian brings smooth caramel sweetness and the Sumatra adds a bright, zesty orange finish. Expertly processed at origin and carefully roasted here at Aurora, the result is a consistently brilliant espresso that’s full-bodied, balanced and vibrant. It’s bold and punchy as espresso or americano, beautifully sweet and creamy with milk and versatile enough for nearly any brew method. Aeropress, Moka Pot, French Press - you name it, it works!
