This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers ofauthentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantasticglaze or BBQ base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a sh ot to an“affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoopscovered with coffee. All of our balsamics are PGI certified to come from Modena, Italy and are aged in the traditional Solera System.
