Espresso Spadafora Notes: Dark Chocolate, Ripe Berries, and Spice Our Espresso Spadafora takes its name from my wife's family's ancestral home on Sicily's Tyrrhenian coast. This bl end of seasonal coffees boasts a thick, reddish-brown crema and none of the bitter tang that dominates shots pulled from under-roasted washed coffees—ideal as an espresso and impressive as a French Press. Wine Comparison: Port and Valpolicella Ripassa level of dried-fruit intensity. - Sam Hovland Show more
