In this hands on class we'll dive into the features and capabilities of the FELLOW Espresso Series 1 and learn the essential skills behind every delicious shot of espresso. From di aling in, to mastering great extraction of flavors, we'll discover how small adjustments can transform your at home coffee experience. Once we've dialed in our shot, we'll transition to techniques to create perfectly steamed milk — the foundation of every great latte, cappuccino, and flat white. Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to sharpen your coffee skills, come learn how to pull a balanced shot of espresso, create smooth velvety milk, and leave with a delicious drink (that you made!).
