Customers must book their haircut appointment separately and present their bundle purchase receipt as proof o f purchase at your haircut appointment Please note: Haircut bookings are required prior to redemption Bundle receipt must be shown to redeem the haircut Available for in-store pickup only Gear & Groom Bundle – Terms & Conditions The Gear & Groom Bundle must be purchased before any haircut or workwear redemption. Full payment for the bundle is required prior to receiving the haircut and collecting the workwear. The advertised bundle price is only valid when both the haircut and workwear components are redeemed together. If a customer chooses not to collect the workwear, declines the workwear purchase, or otherwise does not redeem the full bundle, the bundled discount will no longer apply and the haircut will be charged at its standard retail price. Workwear included in the bundle is subject to stock availability. Where an item is unavailable, an alternative product, backorder, or store credit may be offered at management's discretion. Haircut appointments are subject to the barber's standard booking policies. Any additional barbering services or upgrades requested beyond the standard haircut included in the bundle will incur additional charges payable by the customer. The bundle cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded in part, or exchanged for individual components. Workwear exchanges and returns are subject to the store's standard returns policy. The bundle cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or coupon unless otherwise stated.
