Instructions for Use/Contraindications: Remove the cap and hold inner tube directly under the nose while inhaling deeply. The inhaler can be held in a vertical or horizontal position (there are diffuser holes at the tip and the base of the tube). Inhale several deep, even breaths and focus on the aroma; optional: slowly move inhaler side to side between nostrils. It is not necessary to insert the inhaler into the nostril. Replace cap tightly after use. Use as needed.For external use only. Keep out of reach of children; supervise any children's use.
