Packaged in a compact 12" x 9" x 6" box, it's an easy way to try our delicious beef. All our beef is dry-aged for 21-30 days, ensuring incredible flavor and tenderness. At just $7.75 per meal (based on a ½ lb portion, like an 8oz steak), this pack is a fantastic introduction to gourmet-quality beef. Delivery Details:We deliver to four Calgary drop-off locations for your convenience. When will I get my order?We are taking orders for the Fall 2026 list - earliest orders will get their beef in Sept 2026. Why does it take time?Our beef is dry-aged and butchered only after a full grazing season to achieve the best flavour and tenderness. Because this is a seasonal harvest (we are small-scale and don't butcher year-round), orders are filled on a first-placed, first-filled basis. We also partner with a small local butcher who shares our commitment to quality and can process only a few beef each week, which means limited processing slots. Ordering early is the key to an earlier delivery. It takes a little planning, but it’s worth it - we put the same care and effort into these animals as you put into your family meals!
