The Essex is an easy fitting, pull-over dress with a v-neck, gathered shoulders with ruffle or puffed sleeves, an elastic waist with side-seam pockets and above the knee hem. The b ack neck and View A sleeves are finished with bias tape trim. View B sleeves are finished with elastic. The Essex can be worn with sandals as a casual summer look or with heels as a chic special occasion dress.
