Essie is a beautiful comb for decorating a gathered low slug hair up or half up style. It’s shape is symmetrical but the composition of elements is slightly arymetric to keep it interesting, wear it centrally or to one side. It’s a lightweight piece and the comb can be cross gripped with bobby pins to anchor it in place. The comb measures 115mm long and 36mm at it's widest. Handmade in the studio by Clemmie. Constructed with Glass, Vintage and Swarovski crystal, Plated Brass Findings and antique toned beads. DESIGN NOTES | Intricate headwear and jewellery inspired by opulent Art Deco design. I love the angular fan forms contrasted with nature inspired leaves and crystals, they’re a perfect pairing for modern structured dress.
