A drainable pouch may be more suitable for frequent, loose or liquid output. Directions: Apply the compatible Esteem synergy® skin barrier according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure the clear Landing Zone on the skin barrier is clean and ready for pouch attachment. Select a pouch with the correct coupling size for the fitted baseplate. Remove the protective material from the adhesive coupling area of the pouch. Carefully align the pouch over the baseplate's Landing Zone. Press the adhesive coupling securely around the entire circumference to create an even attachment. Check that the pouch is completely secured before use. When the closed pouch requires changing, gently peel the pouch away from the Landing Zone while leaving the skin barrier in place if it remains clinically suitable. Attach a new compatible pouch according to the same procedure.
