A fresh and lively Grand Cru Rosé from the Esterlin range, bringing the house's no-malo, long-ageing philosophy to a pink expression. Dominated by Chardonnay with red fruit character from Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Like all Esterlin champagnes, it is vinified without malolactic fermentation, preserving the natural acidity and fruit intensity that the house has made its signature since the 1970s. Tasting notes: Fresh wine with dominant small red fruit aromas, vibrant and precise. On the palate: lively and refreshing, with the crispness that comes from the absence of malolactic fermentation and the depth that extended ageing on lees provides. Food pairing: A natural aperitif. Also excellent with light summer dishes, salmon, red fruit desserts and delicate charcuterie. Details: Blending: Chardonnay dominant + Pinot Noir (vinified as red wine) Terroir: Coteaux Sud d'Épernay, Sézannais, Marne Valley Fermentation: No malolactic fermentation Ageing: Extended lees ageing Dosage: Brut Viticulture: HVE certified Discover why we chose for Esterlin.
