Patented internal calibration technology automatically controls LED output to help maintain standardized chart luminance and repeatable testing conditions. Controlled Illumination With the push of a button, the ESV3000™ automatically calibrates to preset chart luminance levels of 3, 85, or 160 cd/m². LED illumination eliminates bulb warm-up, burn-in, and routine lamp replacement, supporting consistent illumination for standardized visual acuity measurement. A universal 100V–240V power supply supports international use, and built-in chart storage keeps compatible ETDRS charts readily accessible.
