The Etatron eONE Micro-Doser is an electric metering pump paired with an ultrasonic level sensor, supplied as a DIY kit with the plumbing and fittings needed to install it. Unlike a water-powered Dosatron, the eONE runs on mains power and doses to a programmed rate rather than in proportion to flow, which makes it the right tool for very low injection rates and for chemistries that need precise volumetric control. The ultrasonic sensor tracks stock tank level without contacting the liquid, so there is no float to foul in aggressive chemistry. Kits are offered from 3/4 in through 4 in, with expansion kits to add a dosing channel to an existing installation and retrofit kits to upgrade older eONE hardware.Available Options Ultrasonic Kit 3/4 in [MDE0110MF.75KITUS] Ultrasonic Expansion Kit 3/4 in [MDE0110MF.75KITUS-EXP] Ultrasonic Retrofit Kit 3/4 in [MDE0110MF.75KITUS-RETRO] Ultrasonic Kit 1-1/2 in [MDE0607MF1.5KITUS] Ultrasonic Expansion Kit 1-1/2 in [MDE0607MF1.5KITUS-EXP] Ultrasonic Retrofit Kit 1-1/2 in [MDE0607MF1.5KITUS-RETRO] Ultrasonic Kit 2 in [MDE0710MF2KITUS] Ultrasonic Kit 2-1/2 in [MDE1012MF2.5KITUS] Ultrasonic Kit 3 in [MDE2007MF3KITUS] Ultrasonic Kit 4 in [MDE3005MF4INKITUS] Key Features Electric metering pump with programmable dose rate Non-contact ultrasonic stock tank level sensing Line sizes from 3/4 in through 4 in Expansion kits add a channel to an existing install Retrofit kits upgrade older eONE hardware Supplied as a DIY kit with plumbing and fittings Choosing Your KitMatch the kit to your line size first. Order a full Ultrasonic Kit for a new installation, an Expansion Kit to add another dosing channel alongside an eONE you already run, or a Retrofit Kit to bring existing eONE hardware up to ultrasonic level sensing. Expansion and retrofit kits are offered in 3/4 in and 1-1/2 in only.Ideal Applications Very low injection rates outside a water-powered doser's range Precise volumetric dosing independent of flow Aggressive chemistries where a float sensor would foul Adding a dosing channel to an existing eONE system
