Our house style Hazy IPA bursting at the seams with Simcoe and Citra hops. For our first Hazy IPA release in our new brewery we wanted to revisit one of the hop combos that we used when first experimenting with the style many years ago. Citra and Simcoe bring a winning combo of juicy citrus notes with some tropical fruit and just a touch of herbal pine.
