Ethiopia. It’s worthy to note that coffee originated from Ethiopia and furthermore for the aficionados has a long standing reputation of being a standalone amazing coffee. As far a s I am concerned I believe roasting Ethiopian coffee beans is seriously tricky and not forgiving. If you don’t hit the roasting numbers just right it can be undrinkable.
