Our pink box coffees are perfectly floral, refreshing and delightly complex. This stunner hails from the Chelchele washing station in Yirgacheffe and is bringing the heat with nuan ce and subtle complexities. This coffee is fermented for up to 48 hours, then dried for 18 days until moisture content hits an ideal 11.5%, at which point it’s exported & roasted here at Valor HQ with love.
