Guji is renowned for producing some of Ethiopia’s most vibrant natural coffees, and this lot from Jigesa is a standout example. Grown by 750 smallholder farmers in Dambi Uddo at 1, 850 metres and processed by Testi Specialty Coffee, the cherries are carefully dried whole to enhance sweetness and fruit character.
