Grown at high elevation in iron-rich, acidic soil just south of the town of Yirgacheffe, these Ethiopian coffee beans develop vibrant acidity, delicate florals, and a clean, tea-like body. This washed lot comes from smallholder producers who deliver ripe cherries to their local washing station, where careful processing preserves clarity and brightness in the cup.
