These are large Coptic crosses from Ethiopia, Africa. The crosses were cast using the lost wax process and each side is incised with traditional patterns that they have used for hu ndreds of years. They are made from a silver alloy with a content less than sterling. The African Coptic crosses have a beautiful, soft patina and large bails. You can easily add one to a necklace, chain or leather cord.
