Aetnea is a distillery located in the Province of Catania, close to Mount Etna, the famous volcano. Local herbs, orange-blossom honey, sweet mandarins, bitter Sicilian oranges, and almonds are hand harvested and made into infusions before being combined with spirit distilled from Sicilian wine.
