It's extra smooth a nd is the best example of how at EtOH Spirits we can create something special in just a matter of days. In the glass, it looks like unfiltered apple juice; deep golden and hazy. The nose has ripe pears and apples, toasted hay, and a beautifully integrated smokiness which does not overshadow the fruitiness. The mouth is a little alcoholic at first but smooth on the finish, with notes of burned wood, vanilla, and warm spices. Show more
