Eucalyptus torquata, or Coral Gum, is a small, hardy, evergreen tree with rough grey-coloured bark and pendulous blue-green foliage. It has dazzling coral pink flower displays thro ughout spring and summer, and intricately- textured red flower buds and gumnuts. This outstanding ornamental eucalypt makes a wonderful street, paddock, shade or garden specimen tree that requires little to no maintenance and will attract birds and other nectar-feeding fauna to the garden in profusion.Soil: Grows in a variety of soils including poor, rocky and shallow.Conditions: Full sun or part shade.
