This kit includes the cartridge outer shell to replace the OEM EufyMake E1 ink cartridge outer shell, giving access to the built-in hidden fill port. Select the shell color (silver or black). Also included are the threaded plugs, color-coded base on the bundle you select. The plug covers are a silver body with color-coded highlights. You'll also get the newly released shims and pull tool. They will be within the shipping support of one of the shells (orange in color). This kit requires the use of syringes with a 14-gauge broad tipped needle (sold separately). Each bundle ships with packing designed for the ultimate protection during shipping. You'll remove the packing trays and support, remove your OEM cartridge shell and replace it with the BigSarge207 shell. Then strip the front label from the OEM cartridge and place it over the front window of the BigSarge207 shell. Then, remove the expiration label from the OEM cartridge, trim it to the just expiration date using scissors, and apply it to the BigSarge207 shell. Based on feedback the shell comes as a plain black or silver with no print on the front. If you'd like to UV print on the front of the shell the branding and gauge lines the UV print file can be selected at checkout for a nominal charge. Note: I only list inventory that is on hand or on hand within a day. During peak periods, when inventory falls behind, I shift to black shell production as it the most frequently ordered. If you really want silver and it shows as 0 available just email me and I'll get them in the flow. Digital Download - If you have a printer capable of printing ABS the digital download allows you to print as many sets as you need for personal use. You'll need a slicer that imports 3MF files. All the settings have been set for a quality print. It is highly recommended that you stick to these settings unless you know particular settings that work best with your printer. Print in the filaments specified in the file (tools can be printed in any filament). In particular the shells really benefit from being printed in ABS as the dimensional tolerances are tight to the OEM cartridge other filaments will shrink at a different rate. Note for "threaded plug" (plate 2), test print one, let it fully cool, then test fit to one of your shells. If the thread fit is too tight adjust the "XY Contour Compensation" setting. You'll see I have it at -0.15. If you need it looser go to -0.20, -0.25, etc. If you want it tighter change it to -0.10, -0.05, etc. The file will be emailed to you automatically after checkout. Please supply your email, not just a mobile number, the link can only be sent to an email address. Note, I've experienced high volume of people repeat ordering what was the free UV print file, people that never ordered the shell file or physical product. According to Shopify listing a free item is known to create "spam" orders. I'm not sure the angle, but I've made the decision to charge $2 for that file to head this off.
