22"x28" Oil and mixed media This painting is a Euphonium, part of the low brass section. Instead of painting this completely realisitcally, I used abstract realism to mimic the fee ling you get when you listen to a gorgeous solo. It was inspired by the solo in Gustav Holst's "First Suite in E-Flat." It reflects the joy of playing great music. Show more
