When needed, it wraps around the patient and mattress to create a protective sledge, with drag loops at both ends for safe and efficient towing. It can be secured to the bed using either Velcro straps (attached to the frame) or elastic straps (looped around each end of the mattress). The sheet is easily removed for laundering and is designed for long-lasting use, with periodic inspection recommended.
