Just as Tiana and Naveen go down the river with Louis, we have Evangeline, a dark blue jelly base with holographic flakes and yellow neon dots and small glitters. It's inspired by Ray, and his family, as the yellow neon glitter were supposed to reflects them fireflies butts lighted. I twinked the old formula a bit and added the neon dots. Show more
