This makes it possible to check immediately whether windows or doors are open or closed while on the move, at home or on another floor. As soon as the status changes and the door or window is opened, for example, a message is automatically sent to the HomeKit-compatible end device such as the iPhone. Setup is foolproof and works without an interface or gateway, the smart contact sensor automatically integrates into the Thread network via Bluetooth or Thread. Other HomeKit-compatible products can be controlled automatically. Eve Door & Window is mounted without tools, contains a replaceable battery with a long service life and works completely wirelessly.
