Use Everbuild Mitre Fast Bonding Kit to significantly reduce assembly times for mitre joints when compared to a conventional wood adhesive in the manufacture of furniture, kitchens and in the timber and plastic industries. This consists of a two-part instant adhesive system with a cyanoacrylate adhesive and aerosol activator. Can also be used for bonding of MDF, rubber, PVCu, metals etc. It bonds rapidly within 10 seconds and it's high viscosity minimises soak in, resulting in better bond strength on porous surfaces. This viscosity will allow it to fill small gaps in mitres up to 0.2mm. Application: The surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other potential contaminants. It is best to store the materials in a warm environment prior to use which avoids chilling the glue line and extending setting times. If possible ensure the working area has a relative humidity of over 50%. Spray one surface with the activator and apply adhesive sparingly to the other surface. bring the two surfaces together, position and then hold for around 10 seconds. Note: This product is not suitable for use on glass, bitumen or tar-leaching products or on load bearing applications. It should not be used on surfaces that will be constantly immersed in water.
