DO NOT USE STEAM DURING APPLICATION! Step 2: Place patch in the desired position and place a pressing cloth (such as a handkerchief, sheet or pillowcase fabric) over top. DO NOT use bare iron directly on patch or it will burn! Step 3: Press the iron straight down for 1-2 min. with as much constant pressure as possible. NO BACK AND FORTH. Step 4: Turn the garment inside-out and repeat steps 2 & 3. Step 5: Let the patch cool and check if it’s stuck. (While you can wash items that have iron-on patches properly attached, care must be taken. Only wash in cold to lukewarm water and where possible, hand wash the item.
