The original DMP-A8 has been discontinued; all previously sold units continue to receive warranty support. Eversolo Aural Engine The A8 Gen 2 introduces the Eversolo Aural Engine audio interface, which integrates asynchronous processing with a high-performance DSP. It supports global parametric EQ and architectural optimization for total acoustic control across the signal path. Display and Interface An 8.6-inch high-resolution display anchors the front panel, paired with an all-new user interface for playback, library navigation, and system configuration. Processing and Memory A 64-bit octa-core processor drives the platform, backed by 8GB of DDR5 memory and 64GB of eMMC storage — a substantial step up in headroom for streaming applications, library management, and on-device processing. Electrical Isolation Top-tier isolation between the system and audio circuits blocks noise interference from the digital stages and lowers distortion, delivering a cleaner, purer output. Advanced Acoustic Algorithms The A8 Gen 2 adds new algorithms for crossover, high-pass filtering, room correction, a corrected FIR filter, expert PEQ, and preset bass control — giving the listener precise control over how the system integrates with the room. Connectivity New connection ports include an SFP fiber port, professional AES/EBU, and dedicated subwoofer outputs to suit diverse system setups. Bluetooth is upgraded to 5.4 for clearer sound, a more stable connection, and lower latency.
