One of the smartest things we've ever done. I love everything about this breakfast pizza. On the rare occasion that I get to go to New York, my first stop is always to a bagel shop/bodega for an everything bagel with cream cheese, bacon, eggs, & cheese. Last December I joked with a friend about how I should turn it into a pizza. Then the week after I got back, one of my favorite customers stopped in with this exact pizza idea written down for us.
