Second Prize Winner Emerging Artist Award 2026 Ella PinintaEverything Led Me Here Oil on canvas61 x 45.5 x 4 cm$1,800 Ella Pininta is an emerging artist based in Naarm/Melbourne. Ella grew up in Indonesia and worked as an interior architect in Jakarta before migrating to Australia. She now also works as a graphic designer. Ella sees her practice as a permission to wander by creating openings for poetic shifts, often through the act of playful assembling, re-re-registering and annotating. A version of this is explored through her painting practice where she weaves memories, dreams, and immediate objects to hold an inner world while exploring concepts of language, place, and body. Shipping is not included in the online artwork purchase price. Artworks currently on exhibition can be collected from the gallery at 45 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000 once the exhibition has concluded.
