Everything Plaid American Brown Ale is a sneaky classic pub ale that will soon become your favourite. Sort of like the Assistant Brewer David Timpano who greatly influenced the recipe on this gem. Pouring a deep mahogany colour with an everlasting foamy head - notes of roasted malt, piney American hops (Centennial, Cascade & Simcoe), caramel and a hint of coffee come through for a comfy and cozy pint.
