Up front, the Evolution features dual contact wheels (3" and 6") in your choice of 2" or 3" widths. You pick the setup that fits your shop tasks best. Every kit comes standard with a 7" drive wheel and a 4" tracking wheel, both 3" wide, so you’re getting great belt stability and performance no matter which way you go with your setup. The wraparound workrest gives you more surface area and control, which you can flip around and use the opposite side of when using the grinder horizontally. Not sure if you want to go old-school 2x72 or go wide with the 3x79 option? Both belt sizes are common and readily available, and the build is so modular you can always upgrade to the 3" wide capabilities later by grabbing a set of 3" wide front contact wheels. Don't forget, you can go big with the 3" setup and run your 2" belts on those wheels anytime you want. Small Upgrade, Big Impact Our new detent pin system is a nice little feature we’re super excited about. It lets you lock the tension arm down, making belt changes way easier. No more juggling the arm with one hand while trying to slide a belt on with the other. Just pin it, swap it, and get back to grinding. Make It Yours Every Evolution kit comes with a powder coated, laser-etched steel ID plate, as well as a custom name plate on the back...and we’ll customize it with your logo or text for free.
