There are two ways of doing that: Option 1. Start by adding Evolution Diet to the old product, to which your pet is already accustomed: 1 part Evolution, 4 parts old product. Then, during the following one or two weeks, gradually increase the proportion of Evolution. At the end of the transition, you should not be adding the old product. -OR- Option 2. Begin by adding 2 tablespoons of creamed corn, vegetable oil, or flaked nutritional yeast to each cup of Evolution Diet canned food. This helps ease the transition to a new diet. Over the next 1–2 weeks, slowly decrease the added ingredients. Most pets comfortably adapt to the natural flavour of Evolution Diet within this timeframe. CAUTION: If the switch is not done gradually, there is a small chance that pets may vomit or get diarrhea. WATER Provide clean water at all times.
