From a single family-owned grove in Kalamata, inside the Messinia regional unit of the southern Peloponnese. Picked by hand in the last two weeks of November, when Koroneiki fruit is still green on the branch. Pressed at the Damouras Brothers mill in Trikorfo, thirty-two kilometers from the grove, within the twelve-hour window required by the Kalamata PDO designation. Bottled the following February, after several weeks of rest. Single-estate, 100% Koroneiki, 2025/26 harvest. Kalamata PDO.
