Ex-Mutants for Sega Genesis features you and five others have been returned to your human forms Ex-Mutants and have been recruited to fight Sluggo, the Lord Mutant. Four of your br ethren have been captured, and now it's up to you to infiltrate Sluggtown and rescue them.
